The banquet system for Vision 1011 combi steamers consists of a banquet basket KO1011, a filling trolley VO1011, and a thermal cover TO1011. The banquet basket KO1011 is available in two capacities — for 29 plates (65 mm of space between circles) or 24 plates (80 mm of space between circles). The trolley is designed for plates 280 mm in diameter. An indispensable part of the system for Vision 1011 combi steamers is a basket guide, which is different for electric and gas combi steamers. All of these components for the 1011 banquet system must be ordered separately.
