"The Blue Vision 2021i combi oven has become a real team member in our kitchen. It is efficient and easy to use, so the entire kitchen team uses it all day long. Its quick preheats allow us to switch from highly efficient steaming to vented roast cooking to mixed cooking throughout the day.
The cooking of soft-boiled eggs and "mollets" eggs in large quantities is always perfect, the cooking of roasted meats always ends with beautiful colouring and a cooking supplement respected and that we frequently ask for with the core-probe. We have saved time on steaming vegetables compared to cooking in broth on the stove, and we consume much less water for these cookings!
We explore the different modes (Easy Cooking, Programs, Extras, Manual) of the Blue Vision oven on a regular basis and it proves to be efficient, intuitive and reliable every time, that's all we need for our kitchen"
