Could you please give some examples of the cooking results coming out of the Retigo product(s)?
► We use the oven for mass cooking over a short period of time, we usually cook from around 9 until 12 (just 3 hours) in this time we would typically put through 3kg of bacon slices, 40 sausages, 120 pain au chocolate, 300 hash browns, 10kg curly fries, 12kg breaded chicken goujons, 20 jacket potatoes, 5kg steamed fresh chicken, 6kg oven chips, a dozen pizzas,100 pies and pasties 5 kg steamed fresh veg plus anything else we might have on the daily menu which is different every day.
Which benefits has your Retigo product brought to your facility?
► It allowed us to expand the offering more to the current students liking and enabled us to produce more food in a shorter timescale meaning food is able to be presented hotter and fresher with less holding in hot cupboards.
For which reason would you recommend the Retigo product to other facilities?
► The ease of use and excellent software.
