Iberico pluma steak with asparagus salad

Asparagus is a vegetable low in calories and packed with essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.


Ingredients:

meat for steak

asparagus

sauer cream

fresh chopped parsley

salt

pepper

Methods:

  1. Steam asparagus on a steam mode 99°C for 2 minutes in Retigo combi oven and cool down in ice water.
  2. Drain and cut into small pieces, combine with sauer cream, fresh chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat Retigo combi oven on hot air mode 0%, 210°C and place the steak on a hot express grill inside for 3 minutes.
  4. Turn over and grill for another 2 minutes. Take out, season with salt and pepper and cut into several pieces.
  5. Serve with asparagus salad.
