Iberico pluma steak with asparagus salad
Asparagus is a vegetable low in calories and packed with essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Ingredients:
meat for steak
asparagus
sauer cream
fresh chopped parsley
salt
pepper
Methods:
- Steam asparagus on a steam mode 99°C for 2 minutes in Retigo combi oven and cool down in ice water.
- Drain and cut into small pieces, combine with sauer cream, fresh chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
- Preheat Retigo combi oven on hot air mode 0%, 210°C and place the steak on a hot express grill inside for 3 minutes.
- Turn over and grill for another 2 minutes. Take out, season with salt and pepper and cut into several pieces.
- Serve with asparagus salad.
