Recipe:
Portion beef flank to your desire steak size, put salt, pepper, knob of butter and vacuum it very well.
Choose Retigo sous-vide program, place the vacuum bags into the combi oven and start the program. After the program finishes either blast chill the bags or open the bags and sear the steaks on a hot pan from each side to get a brown colour. Serve the steak with grilled vegetable skewer. Place peppers, courgettes, red onion on retigo grill, place it in preheated combi oven. When ready season with salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. As a dip use white yoghurt with mint and cucumber.
